Important notes

• Firmware for the same model with different revs or different PCBs cannot be mixed.
• The legacy BLE firmware → DuoChord first migration has a fixed order; do not skip steps.
• Confirm the PCB version before flashing; if unsure, stop and follow the identification steps.
