How to Choose Firmware

Use this order to avoid picking the wrong file:

  1. Model name (F60, F60w, Manta40, and so on)
  2. Hardware revision (rev)
  3. Layout type (for example Ortho)
  4. Keymap style you want to use

Common mistakes​

  • Mixing firmware between different revisions of the same model
  • Flashing standard layout firmware onto an Ortho board (or the other way around)
  • Choosing a keymap that does not match your daily workflow

  • Start with the recommended firmware for your model.
  • Check the model page for known differences and usage notes.
